1. ACTIVITY :
a) Cut 8 equal size small pieces of paper and write Definition of Factors and Multiples
on two pieces and Factors and multiples of any number of your choices on another
two pieces of paper and paste them on any chart or paper. Write definitions of prime
numbers and composite numbers on two pieces of paper and their examples on
another two pieces of paper and paste them in the same manner as given in below
picture. Below is the sample picture of this activity.
2. ACTIVITY
Make a colorful number grid and use three different colors for highlighting Prime
numbers , Composite numbers and Neither prime nor composite number.

1. Reading is fun and it enhances our
vocabulary too. Let’s have some fun with words.
Choose any storybooks of your choice. Prepare a
dictionary (use any old notebook or diary) using just
two or three words for each letter from the books you
have read. You can paste/ draw pictures related to the
words.
2. Let’s go HUNTING
Draw the squares below on a sheet of paper. Find one object for each
square and write one sentence about the object that you have found.
You can enrich this activity by being creative any way you want.

It’s time for the summer break, so let’s
have some fun while learning. Keep your
brain active over break without knowing
you are doing “homework”.
EVS:
1. Paste newspaper cutting of any five incidents of the
following-
a) Water shortage
b) Water pollution
c) Conserving water
2. Write eight ways you have used to conserve water at home
during this summer vacation.
3. Make a model of “Rainwater Harvesting” using waste at
home.
OR
4. Make your own “Water purifier” using materials easily
available. Some links of making Water Purifier is shared
below. Choose the one most suitable to you.

5. Write a poem/song on water and uses of water.
6. Paste the pictures of how you have made efforts/what is
your role to save environment during summer holidays.
Note:
✓ Make your own scrap book, cover it, design it, decorate it, write
your name, paste your picture and compile all the holiday
homework in it.
✓ You can click the pictures of your holiday homework and paste
them in the scrap book.
✓ Send the pictures of this scrap book in the CNB homework space
by creating a separate page named “Summer Holiday
Homework”.
✓ Projects made out of waste would be admired.
✓ Homework should be done neatly.
✓ Creativity and efforts to do the homework will be appreciated.
✓ Submission date: 5/7/21(When school re-opens).
