AGREEMENTS
In consideration of the mutual agreements and covenants contained herein for
the fabrication and installation of a metal gate, the first party and the second party agree
as follows:

1. Project Cost
Fabrication and installation of a metal gate with a total cost of Php
90,000.00

2. Scope of Work (First Party)


a. Fabrication of metal gate
b. Mobilization
c. Installation of metal gate
d. Application of primer paint
e. Demobilization

3. Materials
a. Specifications will be followed accordingly to the attached layout given by
the second party.

4. Payment Terms (Second Party)


a. 50% Downpayment
b. Remaining 50% upon completion

5. Project Duration

a. Duration of 10 days

This contract and its agreements may not be modified in any manner unless in
writing and signed by both parties. This document hereto constitutes the entire
agreement between the parties. This contract shall be binding upon the parties and
shall be enforced under the laws of the Philippine Constitution.
