    2. Delivery of materials will commence after 2-3 days from the date of
    confirmation.
    3. Any changes w.r.t. statutory levies at the time of delivery will be to your
    account and the prices will be changed accordingly.
    4. Material test certificate will be issued by Tata Steel Limited.
    5. Material is available in 12 meters’ length.
    6. Wt. variation +/-0.50% should be waived off in making full payment
    adjustments.
    7. Loading charges will be to our account and unloading charges at site will be
    borne by you.
    8 Price validity for issuance of PO: 10th FEB, 2023.
