Dear Abdul Ghafar Rahimi,
On behalf of the admissions committee I want to congratulate you and offer you admission to the Professional
Communication Program at the University of San Francisco. You have been admitted to the class starting at the
San Francisco - Downtown campus for Fall 2025. To support your graduate studies, you have been awarded a
Program Scholarship of $5,000, ($2,500 for Fall 2025 and $2,500 for Spring 2026). The scholarship award is
dependent upon maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
There are two important steps you need to take in order to secure your spot in the program:
1. Complete your Next Step Form
First, complete the Next Step - Admission Response Needed Form on your status page to accept or decline this
offer of admission. This step confirms your intention to attend USF, but you will still have time to decide
whether or not to submit a deposit. An "Accept" response triggers your next steps, including sending your
admission packet and requesting an I-20 for international students. You must accept on this form before you can
pay your admission deposit.
2. Pay Your Admission Deposit
After you have completed the Intent to Enroll form, you will have access to pay the non-refundable admission
deposit of $500 online. Your deposit is due on February 21, 2025. This deposit is applied to your first tuition
payment.
Pay your deposit through the link on your status page, which becomes available after you complete the Intent to
Enroll form. International payments are made through Flywire, and will take 48 hours to process and reflect on
your account.
Should we not receive your deposit by the deadline noted above, your admission may be withdrawn.
You will receive more information via email on how to register and other details from the program office. For
any questions about your admission or enrollment, please contact the Professional Communication Program at
mapc@usfca.edu or (415) 422-6708.
Congratulations and welcome to the University of San Francisco,
