Rivera Primo’s EQUALIZER MOTOR PLATE is designed to couple the motor and transmission together when using
an open primary belt drive system on 4 speed, cone motor motorcycles. Manufactured in the USA from high strength
aluminum using precision die-cast tooling, the Equalizer will probably outlast your motorcycle! It bolts directly to your
motor and transmission and includes an alternator cover (2014-0002), motor plate (2121-0007) and bearing support
(1120-0002).
When installing the motor plate with the alternator cover & bearing support, it is recommended that threadlock be used
with the appropriate bolts. If you’re using studs and locknuts also use threadlock. Ensure that all components are cor-
rectly aligned before using threadlock.
An inch or more of adjustment is available for adjusting belt tension & and transmission alignment. Two thick washers
are supplied to protect the slot hole indents. The two studs supplied with the kit are intended for use in the two holes
in the left side of the transmission case. Remove the OEM studs and replace them with these.
