Login Page:

First Steps to Access the Application:

The first step to open the application is to enter the correct URL in the
designated field of your web browser. After accessing the link, the login
screen will appear

You will need a valid username and password to log in to the application.

Home:

The Home screen contains three main buttons, each redirecting to


a specific page:

 IN: Clicking this button takes you to the page where you can add an
item into the clinic’s inventory.

 OUT: This button will take you to the page where you can dispense
an item from the clinic’s inventory.

 STOCK: By clicking this button, you will be redirected to the page


where you can view the current stock in your clinic.

These buttons provide easy navigation to manage your clinic's inventory.

To add a product to your clinic’s inventory, follow these simple


steps:

1. Scan the Product: Click on the field to scan the product using the
barcode scanner. The product code (Item Number) will automatically
appear in the Item Number field.

2. Enter the Quantity: Enter the quantity of the product that you want
to add to the inventory in the Quantity field.
3. Save the Product: After filling in the details, click Save. The product
will be successfully added to your clinic's stock.
Once you click Save, a message will appear: "Changes saved". This means
the item has been successfully registered in your stock.

This process ensures that the product is added into the inventory system
correctly.

Out Screen:

To remove a product from your clinic’s inventory, follow these


simple steps:

 Scan the Product: Click on the field to scan the product using the
barcode scanner. The product code (Item Number) will automatically
appear in the Item Number field.
 Enter the Quantity: Next, enter the quantity of the product that you
want to remove from the inventory in the Quantity field.
 Save the Product: After filling in the details, click Save.

Once you click Save, a message will appear: "Changes saved". This means
the item has been successfully removed from your stock.

Stock Screen:

This page helps you track all the available items in your clinic's
inventory.

If you have many items, you can easily search using Item Name or Item
Number in the search field.

Once you find the item you're looking for, click on it.

After clicking the item:

At the top of the page, you will see all the details about the selected item,
including the Total Quantity available in stock.

Below that, you will find a complete transaction history for that item,
showing all IN, OUT, and TRANSFER records.

To access the Stock Report page, follow these simple steps:

1. First, click on the three short lines (the menu icon) at the top of the
page.
2. Then, click on the small arrow next to the Stock page option.

3. After that, select Stock Report from the list — the page will open.
4. On this page, you can view the stock details for all clinics and check the
available quantity for each item across different clinics.

On the Labels page, you can easily generate barcodes for your
items:

1. First, enter the Barcode Number in the designated field.

2. Then, enter the Quantity you want to generate.

3. After that, click on the Generate button.

Once you click Generate, the barcodes will appear in the section below
You can then print them by clicking the Print button.

Orders:

The Orders page allows you to view all the incoming orders
directed to your clinic:

On this page, you can track the list of orders that are sent to you, so you
can prepare and respond accordingly.
