 Bjoulsae tribes:

Leucona tribe (at Curcagni)

A tribe on the south bank of the Bjoulsae, just across the Bjoulsae Crossing bridge. Leucona traders are
often found in the markets of Wayrest, Gavaudon, and Mournoth, plying furs, fish, and horses. Unlike
most other riverfolk, who tend to worship the traditional Bjoulsae pantheon, Leucona worship a strange
hybrid of Breton, Redguard, and Bjoulsae gods.

Vitusca tribe (at Esugannetiacus)

The Vitusca are riverfolk long established on the Hammerfell side of the central Bjoulsae Basin. Their
encampment, Esugannetiacus, is more stronghold than nomad camp; the Crowns' recent preoccupation
with orc raids has given the Vitusca the opportunity to fortify their position. Most riverfolk prefer to
fight with bow and arrow atop a horse, but the Vitusca are equally skilled in hand-to-hand close quarters
fighting on foot.

Coro tribe (at Sagatorix)

The Coro are refugees from across the Leilin River, a major tributary of the Bjoulsae on the High Rock
side of the Basin. Driven from their ancestral territories in Reyhead by the Orcs descending from the hills
after the Warp, the Coro have established Sagatorix on the west bank of the Leilin, in the territory of
Candlesmass. With tensions now growing with the lords of Castle Wickend, the Coro have sought an
alliance with Gwion Seff, Duke of the Blackwaste.

Atagutis tribe (at Atangessus)

The Atagutis are an insular, militaristic tribe known to raid farms and settlements on the north bank of
the Bjoulsae. Their current encampment, Antangessus, lies just southwest of Sarbeck. Atagutis attacks
are mostly ignored by the magisters of Evermore, who mostly consider the riverfolk's presence beneath
their notice but occasionally hire them for their personal retinues.

Olluci tribe (at Vipuro)

The Olluci are a tribe currently afflicted by a mysterious disease, which is ravaging their people and
forcing them to range -- and raid -- less far and less often. Seimon Arnoll, the lord of Sorone, offered the
Olluci refuge after they were driven from the Crossing some years ago, in the hopes that the riverfolk
might settle permanently and become taxable subjects. This has not happened, and Baron Arnoll is
whispered to have played some hand in the disease afflicting Vipuro.

Cenicus tribe (at Diuilla)

The Bjoulsae is the lifeblood of riverfolk culture, and none are more adept at navigating its length than
the Cenicus. From Diulla's small dock, the Cenicus move trade-goods upriver to Heldorn and downriver
as far as Wayrest. Cenicusi are among the friendliest of the Bjoulsae tribes, and maintain good relations
with the Redguards and Bretons alike.

Senovicix tribe (at Milatucos)

While all Bjoulsae-folk share some ancestry with the Reachmen, the Senovicix also retain Reachfolk
cultural practices as well, such as an inclination towards the arcane and the worship of Reachman gods.
Milatucos, which lies within Ra-Habi territory near Heldorn, is an isolated encampment, intentionally far
from major roads that could bring trouble to the Senovicix.

 Yeah, but having a cross-border Reachman state is not really viable

 Because the places where Reachmen are most populous aren't contiguous

 Tiny Plesiosaur — 04/23/2022 3:06 PM

Basically there are no more Reachmen in the former territory of Baolach, and the western part of
former Caireann is now almost all Jehannan Bretons
 former Herwylian is a cultural melting pot now between Redguards, Bretons, Bjoulsae-folk,
and Reachmen
 But not nearly enough of the latter to be a viable "bridge" to the surviving Reachmen-
dominated legacy state of Farrun (which also already exists)
You also have to take into account that while the tribes in Skyrim have been often in conflict
with each other, they're at least sharing the same general area and mixing culturally fairly often
(Taliesin excepted)
But Farrun never actually stopped being ruled by Reachmen at the local level, so they've had
centuries to develop a distinct culture from their eastern kin
a cross-border Reachman state would also almost certainly need to include Dragonstar, which is
problematic since they are not even allowed into the city
anyway tldr is that there are already two extant de facto "Reachman states" (Farrun and Taliesin)
whose core territory is effectively uncontested This proposal would see the player set about
uniting the Bragin, Hunnath, Bordraigh, Pachkanan, and maybe Nourthu+Taliesin into a new
state, which would again resurrect the name Amhra
Stendarr Statinum
Order of Stendarr Statinum: Worship Stendarr Statinum, the Stendarr of
balance. The Order travels Cyrodiil asking for donations from those who have
had good harvests and bounteous prospects to help those less fortunate,
avenging wrongs, and generally evening the score. Based out of the Ora
Demergatur, where they are embroiled in a reclamation project.

iirc Reman's space program got two or three mentions in "official sources," one of which might
mention the moon colonies
P:C's take is that the Empire had several extramundial outposts on the moons, but they fell into
disuse after the rise of Tiber Septim. Maintaining a presence off-Nirn is expensive, and with the
Altmer defeated they no longer had a military purpose (analogous to the IRL space race)

Could one still get to the moon with imperial technology?

Infragrizzle — 07/11/2018 7:28 AM

Theoretically, yes. The Royal Imperial Mananauts still exist, though they are an antiquated,
vestigial organization by now. The Battlespire has been destroyed, but the Empire still has a
couple of star galleys and mothships in reserve somewhere. It would take some effort to recover
the required magical technology and get them back operational, I imagine. But it's not
impossible.
Also, the Empire still has the Weir gate network, which was once powerful enough to send
someone from the surface of Nirn to the Battlespire and back. If a connecting node still exists on
the surface of the moons, it could be used to teleport there.
