The Principal has informed about the achievement of the Vidyalaya in Scholastic and Co Scholastic areas to the Chairman & VMC Members. One student of this Vidyalaya Master Mritunjaya of Class VIII won Bronze medal in Triple Jump at National sports meet of KVS held at Bangaluru, in- spite of the fact that there is no Regular PET on roll from the last two years Scout and Guide: One student of this Vidyalaya Master Vipul of class XI selected for President Award as well as Rajya Pruskar held at Pune. It is also noticed that 3 Scouts and 03 Guides participated in Proficiency Badge testing camp held at KV Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. 04 Scouts of this Vidyalaya attended Pre- Rajya Puruskar Testing Camp held at KV 1 Chandimandir Cantt. 05 Scouts and 05 Guides successfully completed the Tritya Sopan Testing Camp. Social Science Exhibition: One of the student of this Vidyalaya Master Shubham secured first position in Regional social Science Exhibition and represent Chandigarh Region in quiz competition held in Bhopal at National Level of KVS. The Vidyalaya secured 1st Position in Quiz competition, 2nd Position in Debate (English), 3rd position in Skit competition, at Cluster Level Social Science Exhibition held at KV Faridcot Cantt. One of the model from this Vidyalaya was selected for Regional Social Science Exhibition. CCA Programmes: Vidyalaya is organizing Various Programmes/ activities as per schedule i.e. Painting, quiz competition, Debate; Poem Recitation etc.

Development of Vidyalaya in the field of e-ctlt(e- Comprehensive teaching learning tool) : Vidyalaya purchased new equipments Interactive Board, Visualizer, and Multimedia Projector for the development of the students in the wholistic area. Special Audio- Visual room for e-ctlt lab will be equipped in the Vidyalaya. 1. 4. Purchase/Repair: - Rs. 39000/- was received by Vidyalaya for maintenance of the staff quarters and it is my privilege to express gratitude to the Honble Chairman and Sh. S. N. Meena (GE MES) for cooperation to complete the maintenance work in the staff quarters. The KV is already in process to Purchase of Chairs for Audio Visual Room (e-ctlt) and beautification with the permission of VMC. It is also noticed to maintain the mathematical garden. 5. Computer Lab: - Vidyalaya is having the facility LAN in Computer Lab presently but now it has been decided to extend the LAN to important Departments like Physics Lab, Bio Lab, Chemistry Lab, Library, HM Office, and Staff Room with the up gradation of Computer which is lying in computer lab. 6. 8. Approval for publication of Walk in Interview for the Post of PRT/Computer Instructor:- Vidyalaya is facing lots of Problems due to shortage of PRT/Computer instructor due to transfer/ Resignation from past few months. The matter was already discussed & sent required information to R.O. Chandigarh to fill up these vacant seats from Part time contractual teachers. 9. Permission to hire bus/Conveyance from Air Force/ Local Agency to attend Bal Diwas Programme (Cluster Level) to be held at Hisar. 10. White wash of Boundary wall: The Vidyalaya boundary has not been white washed and requires petty maintenance work from long time and the same was approved by The Chairman, VMC. 11. Condemnation of the condemnation process for the permission of VMC. The VMC members conveyed Vidyalaya on Scholastic and Furniture: the Vidyalaya has completed the the broken and unserviceable furniture with their pleasure about Co Scholastic areas. the progress of the

The following suggestions have been made by VMC members: 1. A contractual Computer Instructor may be appointed to teach the computer classes of the Primary wing. 2. As the Vidyalaya is not having sufficient funds to develop games and sports facilities in the Vidyalaya , the Chairman VMC has requested to develop the Concrete Floored skating ring besides the fact the KV is already having badminton, Hockey, Lawn tennis , basketball ground and other indoor games facilities. 3. Sanitation facilities are in bad shape in both the Primary and Secondary Wing, the necessary arrangements have been initiated, the agency of watch and ward has already been instructed to arrange to extra sweepers/Labours to keep up the Vidyalaya neat and clean. 4. The VMC has pointed about the studies of Primary section. The Principal/Member secretary has assured to conduct the walk in interview for the Post of PRT/Computer Instructor on Part Time Contractual basis as the Panel drawn for those teachers for the session 2010-11 has already exhausted. 5. The VMC unanimously approved the White wash/ Repair Work (if any) of the boundary wall of the Vidyalaya. 6. The VMC has also approved for the purchase of furniture for Audio Visual Room, Repair of Furniture and Renovation of Mathematical Garden. 7. The worthy members were agreed and pleased to know that KV is going to connect all the Departments and sections with LAN and up gradation of Computers with the latest Softwares.
