We are writing to request permission to conduct a research study at Panganiban National High
School for our Action Research. Entitled “Enhancing Reading Proficiency: Effective Strategies
for High School Students’ Comprehension”, focusing on identifying and implementing targeted
strategies aimed at improving the reading comprehension skills of high school students.

This study will involve surveys/interviews with practice teacher (interns). We as a researchers
ensure confidentiality of all data collected. Herewith attached is the sample of
surveys/interview form.
