Cer ficate of Origin (Non-Preferen al) to Indian
exporters, in accordance with Ar cle II of the
Interna onal Conven on Rela ng to Simplifica on of
Customs Formali es, 1923.

In addi on to issuing the Non Preferen al Cer ficate of

Origin, the PHDCCI also A ests/Cer fies commercial
documents for Export Oriented Companies and issues
Visa recommenda on le er to member companies.

The PHDCCI is also empaneled to issue digital Cer ficate

of Origin (e- CoO) through the online portal launched by
the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT),
Government of India. The e-portal is uniquely designed
to provide seamless issuance of e-CoO to export houses
at the comfort of their office or home while reducing the
transac on cost.
