Jump training will begin on Monday June 11th at 1 PM. Each class will be one hour long running every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1PM to 2 PM. Our last day of jump training will be Friday July 20th. No classes June 15th or the week of July 4th. Fourteen sessions in all, $15.00 per session , $210.00 for all fourteen sessions. Missed sessions can be made up in accordance

How Can I Stay Motivated Throughout the Week? Your schedule is busy and you are constantly on the gobut dont let that stop you from getting a good work out in. There is always time to squeeze in a workout ( or even three 10 minute cardio sessions) between phone calls, meetings, or even while your dinner is heating up in the microwave. Do some walking lunges! Whether you go out for a run with your dogs or fit in a quick abs workout, make daily fitness a priority. Sunday- It is easy for us to get a little lazy on the weekend, but try to use this day for functional training. Head to the park for some Frisbee or football, or get in a long workout that you couldnt fit in during your busy week. Make plans for your upcoming week, allowing yourself to prepare and commit. Monday- Start your week off right! Set your alarm and commit. Dont play the snooze game, but instead get up and get moving. Monday morning start your day off with a great feeling of accomplishment. Tuesday- Exercise is an EXCELLENT stress reliever, use it! Take one of your favorite classes at a studio you love or go for a walk outside and enjoy the fresh air. Wednesday-Use Wednesday as the day to eat at least 2 additional servings of fruits and vegetables. Enjoy a glass of wine with family and friends and relax. Its hump day, take a little break! Thursday- Friday is in site, and your week is almost through. Give yourself a good strength training session to boost you into Friday. Friday- Prepare for the weekend by taking some extra time to get a great stretch. Dont let the weekend be your excuse to sabotage all your hard work throughout the past 5 days! Saturday- Today is all about fun so use it to play some games, go for a bike ride or try a new class at your gym!
