Once I posted, BidiFy attorney Kevin Thompson did not deny that you were the owner or at least an owner of the company. When info is incorrect US Attorneys are quick to come to

the aid of their clients to clear up any misinformation, and with my relationship with them, I gladly correct and make sure folks know when I am in error. 2. I am on the road this week. Hi Troy, I just wanted to make some clarifications, probably the most important one is point 1, which need to be corrected, as I dont want your wrong statement and my past hurt Bidify and the affiliates that works very hard in their businesses. 1. I AM NOT THE OWNER OF BIDIFY! AND WHERE DID YOU GET THAT INFORMATION FROM? 2. However information you have posted about me about the Plexpay Case is correct with some minor modifications. But thats ok. Im not trying to hide anything related to the fact that the company got this cease and desist order from Alabama. (The company was already closed down at this point in 2007) The cease and desist order in the US that really got the ball running came in 2005, from the state of Kansas. And the reason it came was because a member were collecting money, and pooling them on other peoples behalf, making false claims related to returns. This case was a big case here in Norway, which ended with company being shut down, and all assets being seized. Case is closed and this chapter is history, its a part of my life I cannot make undone. Indeed I was involved in that company, and as the CEO I had a big fall. I have no problem with that, as I have always taken responsibilities for my actions. The real problem is, that when you are not aware that you are doing something wrong, Even today, I have a problem with what they said we were, the lawyers involved In the case and even the prosecutor is not happy with the outcome either, because that case was a story by itself.

Anyway, they managed to close down the company which was their main goal, but the end result has a strange taste to it. I have been fighting this thing from 2005-2010, been through hell and back, but Im not seeking any sympathies. I guess Im just getting a bit tired of being called a scammer In fact, I have NEVER scammed a single person for a single dollar. Those who were part of that company are fully aware of that. That company and the management did many mistakes in 2005, all of them could have been avoided had the proper compliance been in place. Anyway, thats my thoughts on that chapter in my life. I could have been talking for weeks on this subject. But all of the above has actually NOTHING to do with Bidify. So that leads me to point 3. 3. Can someone learn of previous mistakes? Im 100% sure that people can learn from previous mistakes in life. Show me any successful person in the world that have never made any mistakes, and Ill showe you a person that havent lived. The past 7 years have given me a lot of pain & regrets, but I can never make those things undone. I guess its something that will be part of my backpack for the rest of my life. These experiences has also given me knowledge, knowledge that you really cant get anywhere until you have been experiencing it.This knowledge I share with people that are interested, and want to learn of my mistakes. 4. My work For the last 5 years I have been working with software development and webdesigns in a company called First Innovation out of Norway. For some reason people dont see that First Innovation is a software company and that we deliver software to the MLM industry. Therefor people have often connected med me to all kinds of companies as an owner. If I were to own and operate all of these companies, I guess I would be really busy 5. Am I involved in Bidify? Yes, as a matter of fact im very much involved in Bidify. This has never been a secret. Everybody that go to the Bidify website, on the about us page will see that First Innovation amongst many other companies are mentioned. It started of as being a provider of software, but the past months, it has ended in being a full time involment. But Im not an owner! In Bidify Im responsible for managing the development of Software and Technology. I work closely with programmers and designers from all over the world, and I love the direction Bidify is moving. The last months has been incredible, with everything going on. Most importantly, all the compliance work with Kevin Thompson in the US, European Lawyers and not to forget the people at LaunchSmart who will be managing all the compliance training of affiliates really assures me that the Bidify Opportunity is going to be here for the long term.

In fact, in Bidify folks are so committed and excited, that all these changes happens in just weeks, compared to competitors that have spent many months on the same task. For me that shows truly commitment, and that is the fuel that makes me give the litle extra every single day in my 15h work day. Im really excited to be a part of Bidify, Im proud of everything Bidify is and all that Bidify is going to be for many people all over the world. And im 100% sure that the management and all others that is involved in Bidify feels the same way. Im aware that you are in contact with Kevin Thompson and that you know him personally.
