What is your strength and weakness?
STRENGHT : I’am self-motivation people, if I get down or stress and depressed I can awalys keep spirit and always
motivation my self to don’t be down.
WEAKNESS : I’am difficult to sleep when I cannot finished my job/task, because this is distress my mind but to avoid
this I’am always manage my time to can finish my job
Motivation / Why do you want to be a seafarer?
My motivation is I want to get the title of captain and I want to travel to another country
How you will describe yourself / personality?
I’am people with self-motivation, I’am brave, and always keep my spirit, and always clear the task/job on time because I
cannot sleep when the job doesn’t clear. And I’am easly to adapt.
What do you know about our company?
PT.MOL (Mitsui OSK Line) is big maritime company based in Tokyo since 1964 after combined with OSK Line. I have read
on the official website, PT. MOL have many type of vessel like lng tanker,tanker, dry bulk carrier,cruise ship, container
ship. Not only the just ship, MOL open about Maritime Consulting.
PT. MCS International is big company agent for shipping crew, based in jakarta 2012,
And I have read on the official website, PT.MCS International Mananging Crew Management and Crew Training. MCSI
have BIG corporate the example with Unix,MOL,Asashi Tanker,Fair,Dll.
Why do you want to join with our company?
Because this big company, as a Cadet Deck in your company will provide me with opportunities to grow and develop as a
maritime professional. And I want get title captain in your company.
What type of vessel you want to join on board? I
want to join to oil/chemical tanker vessel/lng vessel
Previous experience in shipping if any?
Not yet sir, so far im still learning about the theory and academics
Mixed crew on board / experience to work in an international team?
I have never been experience on board, but in this campus I always meet’s people with another culture and I easly to
adapt with them. I’am joining in drumband team and I can work together as team.
When there are conflict on board vessel, how do you deal with it?i
For first I will positive thinking, the second source the problem, the third stay calm and doesn’t make decision, the four
make group discussion to clear the problem, the fifth correcting my self if we make this problem.
What do you consider as benefits and what is negative points being a seafarer?
The benefit is I can travel to another country and I can make my parents happy and rise up my family, the negative point is
we are far from our family,friends.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years, what carrier development you are expect from your own
and our company?
what I see in the next five years is that I will become a good seafaring officer and maybe I will be the second officer on the
ship. I have managed to become a good reliable and competent sailor.
Before, did you ever far away from home in a long time, if yes, why did u do that and how long was
it?
Why should we hire you?
because I'm a big dreamer and I feel I have goals and dreams that are quite clear for my future, second is that I work hard for
my dreams.
If you had a officer on a ship who violated the rules, what would you do?
First I want to reminder him personally, Second if him avoid make dangerous the ship I will report this accident to company, because on
ship we doesent bring goods but life another crew.
How long that u wanna be a seaferer
Until I hit the captain tittle, or if i can get to offshore , ill work for you
