For blinding.***

Use of tool kit box for proper storage on a platform. User to inspect the tools for any defective material prior to the job. Use of hand gloves and proper PPEs Full body safety harness with double lanyard to be used while dismantling the handrails and for all jobs performed on the incomplete platform Working people and nearby 1 B M Use of proper dust mask and proper eye protection Store all removed insulation in appropriate bags. Blinding location to be verified with the approved LOTO and blind list by the blind tags with operator and lead worker should show the blind location to the work crew and to be present while the crew opening the flange. Revalidate blinding and LOTO list with crew during shift changeover. Hand wont be used as a tools/holder Hammer and spanner tie with rope during the hammering 1 A L
