Slide 1: Welcome to the Library!


Welcome to the Library of The College of Maasin! We’re happy to be part of your academic
journey. In this orientation, we’ll help you discover how to make the most of our library
services and spaces.

Slide 2: Our Mission


Our mission is to implement programs that inspire, motivate, and educate learners to
become active, socially responsible stewards of God’s creation.

Slide 3: Library Hours & Guidelines


The library is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no noon break. Please
maintain silence, treat library materials with care, and avoid bringing food or drinks inside.

Slide 4: Services We Offer


We provide a range of services including book borrowing and returns, reference and
research support, computer and internet access, and printing or photocopying when
needed.

Slide 5: Explore Our Library Spaces


Familiarize yourself with the library layout. We have the general collection, reserve and
reference sections, periodicals, a digital corner, and quiet study and group discussion areas.

Use the OPAC system to search for books. Follow the call number to locate the item on the
shelf. Borrow your books at the counter and remember to return them on time to avoid late
fines.
