Educational officer, Rowthulapudi Mandal, Kakinada Dist. A false and Motivated complaint was lodged
against me by one Pyla Yerra Patrudu,s/o Dalayya, Rowthulapudi village, Kakinada dist. A Case has been
registered wide CR.NO.05/RCT-RJY/2023.Of DSP, ACB, Rajamahendravaram on 08-06-2023. Alleging that
I have demanded and accepted bribe of an amount of RS.7500/-, from the defacto-complainant for
doing official favour. I humbly submit that I was trapped by the ACB and arrested on 08-06-2023 and
remanded from 09-06-2023 to 26-06-2023 the Hon’ble court granted me bail on 26-06-2023.
2. I submit that the case was registered against me I was falsely implicated in the above case on
the basis of baseless and motivated complaint and lodged by the complaintent (other Political Party
activist) while I was rendering my blemisiess service the defacto-complaint miss guided the A.C.B
authorities by falsely implicating me in the above said case. I further submit that without VERRIfying the
antecedents of the complaint and my credentiacials, based on the sole assertion of the complainant, a
state managed trap was orchestrated and I was arrested on the basis of false and motivated accusation
made by A.C.B authorities.
3.Notwithstanding the aforementioned concern, I reiterate my strong denial of any involvement
in the alleged offence under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act. Throughout my tenure as the
MEO of Rowtulapudi, I have upheld the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in my official
capacity.
Regarding the amount allegedly paid on the road on 8th June 2023, I wish to clarify that it was
represented as the textbooks fees payable to the government for the academic year 2023-2024. In good
faith, I believed the amount of Rs. 7500 to be a legitimate challan payment, adhering to the norms and
procedures set forth by the concerned authorities.
I wish to reaffirm my steadfast commitment to the values of ethical conduct and the rule of law.
At no point have I engaged in any corrupt or unlawful activities, and I remain resolute in my dedication
to public service.
The matter at hand necessitates a precise portrayal of events. On the 1st of June, the defacto
complainant diligently submitted their renewal application to the esteemed Swara Bharati Upper
Primary School in Rowtulapudi. Remarkably, on the very same day, an inspection was promptly carried
out, and without delay, the proposals were expeditiously dispatched to the distinguished District
Education Officer in Kakinada. It is crucial to note that these proposals reached their destination on the
6th of June in the year 2023.
Astoundingly, as of the date of the complaint, no official work remained pending, thereby
signifying a remarkably efficient handling of the matter. This leads one to reflect on the absence of any
credible basis for the alleged demand, as the proposals would not have been forwarded had there been
a legitimate claim to be fulfilled. Thus, the absence of any such demand is evident, and the defacto
