Subject: application for refund of tuition fees of Rs. 20,000/- paid into
Bangalore group of Institutions, off to Sarjapura Road, Kodathi, Bangalore
– 560035.
1. I, Naresh. M S/o Manjunath, aged about 19 years, R/a Haralur, Varthur
Hobli, Bangalore east taluk, Bangalore – 560102. Do hereby state as
follows:

2. I state that for pursuing studies I had paid a sum of Rs. 20,000/-
(Rupees twenty thousand only) towards tuition fee on 19/07/20224
vide online transfer/UPI transaction ID 456781361665 to Bangalore
group of Institutions. Wherein the concern authorities have issued to
receipts (i.e.) receipt bearing No. 18005 for having received a sum of
Rs. 10,000/- dated 19/07/2024 and another receipt bearing No 32237
for having received a sum of Rs. 10,000/- dated 19/07/2024 issued by
Bangalore Technological institute, off to Sarjapura Road, Kodathi,
Bangalore.

3. I paid the said tuition fee for pursuing studies in electronic


communication engineering (ECE) however due to financial constrained
and domestic problems I was forced to discontinue my studies because
I could not arrange funds for paying the balance fees.

4. I state that I am undergoing enormous financial difficulties and in the


event the said amount of Rs. 20,000/- is refunded it would enable to
reduce our financial burden to certain extent and moreover I have not
pursued my education henceforth I request your good self to direct the
concerned authorities of the Bangalore group of institutions to refund
the said tuition fee of Rs. 20,000/- to me at earliest. Please do the
needful.
