Dear Sir/Maam:

Technology has aided civilization in a variety of ways, the most notable of is


communication. It has also changed the way people works. Society and technology
are inextricably linked. With technology, you won't have to waste your time doing
tasks.

The Administrative Section and Municipal Learning, Doctrine and


Development Division (MLDDD) of Cantilan Municipal Police Station is responsible
for the performance of supervising the receipt and disposition of all incoming and
outgoing communications; responsible in implementing of all command and office
administrative policies, rules and regulations; formulate plans and policies for the
morale and welfare of personnel and implement the same accordingly; responsible in
the supervision of the general housekeeping activities of the office such as
maintenance of cleanliness, minor repairs, of office facilities, furniture and fixtures,
and equipment; responsible in the formulation and implementation of security
measures of the office; supervise the preparation of the schedule of Daily Duty
Detail; supervise the attendance of available personnel in command activities; and
supervise the preparation of all administrative reports for daily, weekly, monthly,
quarterly, semesterly and annually submission to PHQ, RHQ and NHQ PNP.
It is important because it is very much accurate, fast and can accomplish
many tasks easily for our police officers to do their job and be equip and
knowledgeable of the said technology.

In this regard, the undersigned is knocking from your benevolent heart to


bequeath us 1 computer set with 3 in 1 printer for Administrative Section and
Municipal Learning, Doctrine and Development Division (MLDDD) for the above-
mentioned purposes.
