PREFABRICATED
Among those subscribed, namely: on one side, LEYDI PAOLA MARIACA ALVARES,
identified with the citizenship card number [Link] of Popayán-
Cauca, who will hereinafter be referred to as THE CONTRACTOR, and on the other side, Mr.
Uber Alexander Benavidez identified with citizenship card number
76'297.178 from Timbío- Cauca, who will be referred to as THE CONTRACTOR; by means of
the present document establishes a contract that consists of the following clauses:
FIRST: Object. – The object of this contract is the construction and
installation of a one (1) story country house in prefabricated structure with
concrete, in gray work, of an area of 78.05 m2corresponding to the property located
in the Genagra neighborhood of the city of Popayán.
SECOND: Obligations of THE CONTRACTOR. – By virtue of this
contract, THE CONTRACTOR agrees to the construction and installation of the house
prefabricated described in the object of the contract. -for this, it will deliver to THE
CONTRACTOR of a dwelling that consists of:
a.-A (1) concrete slab of 8 cm thickness for the subfloor, with reinforcement of
welded mesh, with an area of 95.94 m²2on which the house rests.
Three (3) sliding metal frame windows (V1) in a building of 1.94m
x 1.22m for the areas of the living room and bedrooms, according to architectural plans.
A (1) sliding metal structure luceta (V3) of a ship measuring 0.97m x
0.48m for the bathroom, location according to architectural plans.
A (1) light fixture (V4) in sliding metal structure of a 1.80m wide nave
0.48m for the patio, location according to architectural plans.
One (1) sliding metal structure window (V5) in a vessel of 0.97m x
0.73m for the kitchen, location according to architectural plans.
One (1) front door (P1) in metal structure measuring 0.97m x 1.94m for the
main access, location according to architectural plans.
Four (4) interior doors (P2), framed, measuring 0.97m x 1.94m for
bedrooms, bathroom and patio; location according to architectural plans.
One (1) door (P3) (sliding balcony door) in metal structure
1.94m x 1.94m nave for the dining room, location according to architectural plans.
Complete bathroom battery.
j.-Cover or roof with a metal structure and tiles (according to plans
architectural)
K.-Patio with translucent tile cover (standard tile overhang) for facade.
Two (2) metal pillars or profiles to support the cantilever of the roof according to
architectural plans.
PARAGRAPH 1.:– In addition to the previous elements -included within the
Standard housing - the following will be provided upon request of THE CONTRACTOR:
One (1) additional window (V1) in metal structure as mentioned.

PARAGRAPH 2: - THE CONTRACTOR commits to delivering the work in full
satisfaction of the contractor. In case of damages to the structure,
poor assembly or repair; THE CONTRACTOR is obliged to carry out the
necessary repairs. Repairs are not made for vandalism acts.

THIRD: Obligations of THE CONTRACTOR. – By virtue of this
contract, the obligations of THE CONTRACTING PARTY:
a.-Provide the digital architectural plan of the house to THE CONTRACTOR
to design in order to modularize the housing.
b.- To timely pay the value of this contract in the ways here
established.
c.- Inform the CONTRACTOR promptly of any anomaly or
situation in the housing that may disrupt the execution of this contract.
FOURTH: Deadline.– THE CONTRACTOR has a maximum deadline of sixty
(60) business days for the delivery of the house under the previous conditions.

PARAGRAPH: This service provision contract is not subject to
subordination nor compliance with schedules.
FIFTH: Value and payment method. – The value of this contract is
Twenty-seven million four hundred eighty thousand pesos ($27,480,000). It will be settled.

Clearly knowing the intention of the parties, it is signed in the municipality of
Timbío- Cauca on the seventeenth (17) day of the month of October in the year 2020.
