GUIDELINES

1. Preliminary Notes from the Scientific Committee: A Scientific Committee has been established to
evaluate the submissions of abstracts and full papers.
2. Abstract and Full Paper Submission:
• The abstract must not exceed 250-300 words and should include 5 to 7 keywords.
• It is essential that the abstract outlines the structure of the research paper, incorporating the title,
background, aim or purpose of the research, methodology, and a conclusion that reflects the
author's perspective.
• A concise running title of fewer than 40 characters is recommended. Furthermore, the abstract
should present the title of the paper, the full name of the author(s), their designation, along with the
affiliated institution or university name and email address.
• All participants are required to submit their abstract by the specified deadline, through the
designated form: link
• Submissions will undergo a blind peer review process, and only those abstracts that receive
approval from the reviewers will be accepted as full papers for presentation at the seminar.
• Research articles should comprise between 7,000 to 10,000 words, including references Abstract
maximum 300-word limit inside it.
• It is advisable to organize the article as follows: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology,
Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
• Authors should articulate their research questions clearly and thoroughly review all relevant recent
literature.
• That first papers has to be sent and then after selection and intimation of paper for presentations
further registration must be done by authors. Also, only quality papers will be published in Scopus
books and journals even though they may be accepted for presentations. The communication for
publication will be sent separately to authors after presentation in conference.
3. Text of the paper: The text of the manuscript must be formatted as Font: Times New Roman, Font
Size: 12 and Spacing: 1.5.
4. Footnotes: Please note that the use of speaking footnotes and end-notes is discouraged.
5. Citation: Reference style APA for the conference paper presentation and further changes and format
will be communicated as per concerned Scopus books and journals guidelines. Please refer to

6. Plagiarism, Originality, and Confidentiality: The manuscript must be the original work of the
author and free from plagiarism.
• All submissions will be subject to a plagiarism check. Manuscripts with AI content in any form will
be summarily rejected.
• The manuscript submitted to the journal must not be previously published or currently under
review at any other journal/conference/book and should not be submitted to any other
journal/conference/book while under review with us.
• In case of any copyright violations, the organisers will not be responsible, and it is the sole
responsibility of the author/authors for any kind of IP infringement.
7. Finality of Decisions: The final decision as to acceptance and publication of the manuscript rests
with the Scientific Committee.
