EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This feasibility study explores the potential for commercializing AJS
Cucumber Jam, a unique and innovative jam product, in Butuan City, Philippines.
The study analyzes market demand, supply, competition, and financial
projections to assess the viability of this venture. The research reveals a strong
market demand for cucumber jam, driven by a growing preference for healthy,
low-sugar snacks and the absence of similar products in Butuan City. The study
identifies a target market of health-conscious consumers, particularly students
and young adults, with a focus on affordability and quality.
The study outlines a comprehensive business plan, including production
processes, staffing requirements, marketing strategies, and financial projections.
AJS Cucumber Jam aims to source fresh cucumbers locally, ensuring a
consistent supply chain and supporting local farmers. The business plan includes
a detailed budget, outlining costs for equipment, rent, salaries, and marketing,
with a projected net income of Php 1,112,717.25 for the first year of operation.
The study concludes that AJS Cucumber Jam holds significant potential for

success in Butuan City, offering a unique product, a solid business plan, and a
strong commitment to ethical practices and social responsibility.
