This is to officially inform you that we will be holding the Ciputra Hanoi Vietnam International Challenge 2012 from 26th March to 1st April 2012 at Indoor Stadium No. 12 Trinh Hoai Duc in Hanoi City. The tournament has the endorsement of the Badminton World Federation and Badminton Asia Confederation. We would like to extend an invitation to all member associations to take part in our tournament. The five categories will be played by knock-out system using rally point scoring system in accordance to BWF Level 4 rules & regulations Players may be required to play in the qualifying rounds if there are more entries than the above numbers. 6. 8.1 Member Associations are advised to log on to Ciputra Hanoi Vietnam International Challenge 2012 at: http://bwf.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/tournament.aspx? id=F9FC0B4B-E1B7-4C63-A91A-CBBF3A98E459 and submit the entries online. 8.2 You will require a username and password to submit your entries and this can be obtained from the BWF: please contact Mr. Venugopal at v.mahalingam@bwfbadminton.org . The online entry page will close immediately on the entries closing date at 23:59 hours BWF Headquarters time (+08:00h GMT) and you are required to submit the entries on time. Late entries will not be accepted.

No entry forms are required by Member Association. All entries must be submitted online

8.4 After the closing date, the BWF Online Entry System will send notification to all participating Member Associations confirming receipt of final entries. Receipt of this notification is the conclusive evidence of receipt of entries before the deadline. The Member Associations should contact BWF immediately if such notice is not received by the Wednesday (next day of the entries closing date) by noon BWF Headquarters time (+08.00h GMT) following close of entries. If no objection is received by BWF by Thursday (second day after the entries closing day) 23.59 hours BWF Headquarters time (+08.00h GMT) following the close of entries, the entries shall be deemed to be correct. No complaints / objections shall be entertained after this point.

Reservations: All room reservations must be submitted not later than 8th March 2012 to hanoiba_vn@yahoo.com.vn on the prescribed form. Reservation received after 8th March 2012 will be considered subject to room availability and may be offered at different prices. 16. Transportation: The Organizing Committee will provide transportation from/to Airport and hotel. Please inform us of your exact flight details of arrival and departure at least 7 days before arrival. Ground transportation to and from the venue will only be provided to participants staying at the official hotel. 17. Practice Sessions for players can be arranged upon request according to availability of courts and teams size. Request must be sent to hanoiba_vn@yahoo.com.vn not later than 8th March 2012. 18. Visa Application: All players and officials, who require visa to enter VIETNAM should submit full passport details (Full name, Passport No., and Date of Issue & Date of Expiry contact no.) to hanoiba_vn@yahoo.com.vn by 8th March 2012.
