in four daily Newspapers (2 no’s Hindi and 2 no’s English version) having wide circulation
in the State/Region atleast 10000 copies in the State/Region.

Public Notice
The sectoral plans of Sector-77, Gurugram-Manesar Urban Complex
bearing Drawing no. DTP (G) 2113/2012 dated 03.12.2012 stands approved.
A representation dated 07.04.2025 was received from Emaar India Ltd.
for re-alignment of proposed 24.0 mtr. wide Internal Circulation Road of Sector-77,
Gurugram. Accordingly, Government has decided to grant in-principle approval to
amend the sectoral plan of Sector-77, Gurugram-Manesar Urban Complex. A copy of
earlier approved sectoral plan as well as proposed revised sectoral plan has been hosted
on the Departmental website namely www.tcpharyana.gov.in.
Any person having any objection to the proposed revision of sectoral
plan may file his/her objection alongwith reasons in writing in the office of Senior
Town Planner, Gurugram situated at HSVP Complex Sector-14, Gurugram within a
period of 30 days from this notice. The objections received after given period will
not be entertained.
