(Joint Secretary) This is to bring to your kind attention the delay and inaction following the
meeting conducted by Rajiv Swagruha officials in April 2025 regarding the
[Link] Chaitanya formation of an Apex Body comprising the three block-level associations, A, B,
(Treasurer)
and C Blocks.
EC/TC Members
As per the last meeting with General Manager Garu, B Block Association has
[Link] Jabeen- consistently supported this initiative. However, due to a lack of consensus,
B01 especially from C Block in the last session, and the absence of further direction
from your side, no progress has been made on this critical matter.

We sincerely request that your office take immediate steps to initiate and define

circular to all three associations, providing a clear deadline for nominations and

Rajiv Swagruha, we will be left without proper governance or support. This
uncertainty is affecting the morale of the owners and residents alike.

We therefore humbly but firmly urge you to take strong and clear decisions
regarding the Apex Body formation before proceeding with any further sale of
flats. A well structured Apex Body is crucial for the long term development,
maintenance, and transparency of Sahabhavana Township.
