Major issues facing within GGAOA 2019-20 :

These issues were supposed to be discussed in the last meeting (Dt 29/09/2019) but
could not get discussed as other points took all the time.

• Change of official GGAOA mail id without my knowledge and not sharing the
password :

Secretary has hijacked the official email address and refused to share the
password. No satisfactory reasoning was provided for changing the password.
Even after 29th Meeting and despite asking multiple times it has not been
shared.

Secretary keep denying that he had the key of GGAOA almirah at GGAOA
room but then it was proved that he had the key.

I do not know what is the intention of not sharing but I am afraid that any
misuse can been done (or already done) as there are many important
documents on that mail id (from prior years as well - since GGAOA 2016-17)
and in that almirah. To protect the almirah I have put a lock to the GGAOA
office.

This is quite unfortunate that due to this the executive body is facing issues
to function (not able to reach out to Vendor through official channels etc) and
ultimately the society is suffering.

• Opening of new gate in front of I2 tower

Secretary has opened a new gate illegally in front of I2 block. This decision
was taken without taking the GGAOA body in confidence, even it was not
discussed. Open a new gate was ruled out in a prior GBM (2018-19) due to
security issues of residents. It has altered the map of Gaur Grandeur Society,
and I am afraid about the legal implications of the same. I don’t see any
value from gate till date.

• Misbehaviour with female members of the Executive Body

It has been brought to my knowledge that the secretary has talked in abusive
and derogatory language with female members of the executive body.

• No action on Fire Vendor:

As per 29th Special Meeting Fire Vendor was in regular touch with the
Secretary and after the meeting the Secretary did not initiate any
action/effort to get the work completed from the same vendor. When it was
highlighted by few residents and body members, he sent a follow up email
last week (after more than 1 month).
 • Refusing to keep GGAOA body informed about operational details:

The secretary has kept GGAOA body in the dark about the operational
decisions he has taken (including cash withdrawals from Bank Account or
taking out money from Mandir's donation box, onboarding new vendors etc)
and keep refusing to answer queries raised by other office bearers. He is
terming the queries as allegations and has threatened to stop signing the
cheque. Recently all housekeeping was going on strike due for non-releasing
the payment and this situation was narrow escaped at the last moment.

• Secretary is not joining any EBM's despite multiple emails/reminders and don’t
want to cooperate with anyone.

Dissolution of the body (2019-20) and calling fresh elections :

Secretary had published the Minutes of Meeting of special meeting held on 29-Sep-
2019 wherein it was mentioned that the entire body 2019-20 will be dissolved and
only few office bearers (in minority) will continue for the interim period and fresh
elections to conducted and new body will take charge within two months i.e. by 29
November.

This MOM was not discussed with me neither with majority of GGAOA office bearers
and was sent to all the residents without checking the legal sanity. I was surprised
to see that a four hours meeting was concluded in just six pointers while the last
residents unofficial meeting (held on 22nd September) which was published illegally
had a long MOM about each and every point.

As per my knowledge, Calling elections and dissolving the body in the middle of the
term does not comply with our registered byelaws. I have also received a letter from
the Honourable City Magistrate, Noida in which he has asked the GGAOA secretary
about the legality of dissolution of body and conduct of elections based on a
complaint filed by one the office bearer. Secretary didn't bother to discuss this
important matter within body till date.

I noticed that currently GGAOA Secretary has intentions to dissolve the

GGAOA 2019-20 body since the start. He tried several things to demotivate other
office bearers. One of the examples is "Serious allegation on myself in a resident’s
meeting and then was not able to prove anything in the special meeting held on 29
September".
My Stand :

I am trying my best to ensure that the society operations run smoothly but above
issues are a cause of worry to me as these could result in service disruptions
(housekeeping, maintenance, water supply etc) as all financial powers are with one
office bearer (i.e. Secretary)

I assure you that I will be doing the same till this term (2019-20) is over as a
President and later as a Resident.
