FMS Line Walk – April 2025

Observations & Issues

1. Access Point AP-02 in mine pit showing weak coverage.


2. PMP Tower-1 experiencing packet loss during peak hours.
3. Loose wiring in Solar Trolley ST-03.
4. Overheating noted in Switch at Weighbridge control room.
5. Server response delayed in backup server.

Corrective Actions

 AP repositioned, signal improved.


 PMP antenna realigned and faulty connector replaced.
 Wiring tightened in trolley.
 Cooling fan installed in switch room.
 Additional storage configured in backup server.

FMS Line Walk – May 2025

Observations & Issues

1. P2P link between Dispatch and Workshop unstable during rain.


2. Solar panel cracked in Block-2 near South Hill.
3. DC Box DB-06 fan not functioning.
4. Fuel sensor in Dumper E612 miscalibrated.
5. Excavator EX-211 VDU screen flickering.

Corrective Actions

 Link parameters reconfigured; weatherproofing planned.


 Damaged panel replaced.
 DC box fan replaced.
 Sensor recalibrated.
 VDU screen replaced.

FMS Line Walk – June 2025

Observations & Issues

1. Frequent rebooting of Access Point AP-05 (Pit Office).


2. Solar Trolley ST-09 battery output fluctuating.
3. High temperature logged in Server Room (Main FMS).
4. Switch in Substation Room showing high error packets.
5. PMP Tower-3 alignment shifted due to strong wind.

Corrective Actions

 Firmware update applied to AP.


 Battery tested and replaced in trolley.
 Air conditioning adjusted in server room.
 Switch checked; faulty port disabled.
 PMP realigned.

FMS Line Walk – July 2025

Observations & Issues

1. Access Point AP-08 showing no connectivity intermittently.


2. Fuel sensor in Dumper E709 showing fluctuating readings.
3. Loose cable found in Solar Trolley ST-15.
4. Backup server nearing storage capacity.
5. Dust accumulation on Solar Panels Block-4.

Corrective Actions

 AP reset and replaced, monitoring ongoing.


 Sensor recalibrated.
 Cable re-tightened.
 Storage expanded with new disk.
 Panels cleaned.

Observations & Issues

1. P2P link to weighbridge office dropping packets.


2. Switch in Admin Building overheated.
3. Solar Trolley ST-11 controller not responding.
4. DC Box DB-10 fuse blown.
5. VDU in Shovel SH-09 screen blank intermittently.

Corrective Actions
 P2P antenna realigned, connection stable.
 Cooling unit installed in switch cabinet.
 Controller replaced in trolley.
 Fuse replaced in DC box.
 VDU unit replaced.
