Here, I have seen that Post Graduation Diploma in Logistics and Retail Management is established for solving the problem of student in the field of profession and made a bright future towards the job. Post Graduation Diploma in Logistics and Retail Management help me to get trained during the period of education and it brings me an opportunity to maintain the business in the big industries and companies in the world. I want to make my own niche in the field of Logistics and Retail Management and customer service by holding position of responsibility and challenge a growth oriented company that would utilize my skills and capabilities to its best and impart me with real life exposure for selfdevelopment thereby adding value to the organizations and enhancing my knowledge and experience for a long term and sustained growth Most of the leading companies has kept their logistics department for make improve in decision making process. Here logistics means the Company gave us the opportunity and we have to place the order of product which is more suitable to the company. A logistics manager oversees the daily movement of raw materials and resources throughout an organization. Logistics managers supervise and manage employees and logistics systems. They analyze systems in order to determine the most efficient and cost-effective way of transporting products. A logistics manager may direct a distribution center's operation to ensure productivity, deadlines and accuracy. He supervises the work of logisticians, planners and schedulers. He also may collaborate with other departments, such as accounting, shipping, business systems and processes and customer sales

Logistics managers are found mostly in the leading companies and industries where high numbers of logisticians are employed. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, as of May 2008, the federal executive branch employed the highest number of logisticians. Other industries employing high numbers of logisticians include the management of companies and enterprises; aerospace product and parts manufacturing; management, scientific and technical consulting services; and computer systems design and related services. According to the BLS, the overall employment of transportation, storage and distribution managers--which includes logistics managers--is expected to decline slowly through 2018. And it is PGDLRM so it also giving importance in retail field. Here, we got the whole responsibility for running the department to meet the company targets and policies. The objective of department is to maximize profit while minimizing costs. India is now developing in the retail sector so somehow there is a great opportunity for us to be a part of them. This course is a license for every student of PGDLRM to enter in the competitive world. Faculty helps the student in improving their communication skill and by giving case study and article reviews. Faculty made a study tour for the students to make industrial visit, in which student get a proper knowledge of their work in future, how the logistics manager should tackle the daily conflict situation during the working period. After completing this courses there are no. of companies who wants us to employ in their respective field in the world. Students have to select a country and pass a single interview to get training in their company and if any company like our performance, then they can make us the permanent member of their company. I have taken admission in Post Graduation Diploma in Logistics and Retail Management, because it creates such activities which help me to be a part of

some leading companies. Faculty helps the students in providing certain skill in logistics and retail management to enter in the leading companies and industry. Faculty had put some qualified teacher to the student on their respected subject. E.g for finance their recruit the naresh sir who is a C.A and students get the idea of, not only finance but also the process of finance and how it is useful in our daily life of business. Here the students get the knowledge of respected subject in a deep so he can get the knowledge of work in an entire field. The college has considered the students as an asset not a liability. Here when the asset increase then the reputation of college should increase although it is supported by the StraED Inc. USA. So student who have this course in India have a great scope in U.S.A.
