In accepting the use of client assets, I agree to the following conditions:
1. The laptop issued is for solely official purpose.
2. I shall be fully accountable for theft, loss or damage of the property.
3. I shall not download/insert any additional software\hardware or applications without the
permission of the client. Management is at the sole discretion on approving such requests
4. In case of any malfunction, I shall report the same to the client concerned department
immediately.
5. I shall not take the laptop for repair to any external agency or vendor at any point of time.
6. I understand and agree that returning the laptop when asked for, or at the time of leaving
the organization is my duty and responsibility.
7. I shall be liable to replace or pay an equivalent amount to the organization in case of theft,
loss or damage to the property. The organization retains the right to deduct the same from
the salary in case of such an event.
8. I am aware that at any given point, if I withheld the company assets for any reason, the
organization has the right to take legal action.
