I am pleased to inform you that you have been given a provisional offer of Admission to Auchi
Polytechnic, Auchi, for the 2023/24 Academic Session as follows:

If you accept the offer, please complete the online acceptance of admission with evidence that you have paid the prescribed acceptance
fees to the designated Bank(s). Only those offered hostel accommodation should pay the prescribed hostel fee.

The said Acceptance procedure must be completed not later than 2 (two) weeks after publication of your provisional Admission.

Please, note that this provisional offer of admission is strictly subject to your meeting in full, the matriculation requirements of
the programme for which you have been admitted. To establish this, among other things, copies of your Certificates/Diploma
will be crosschecked with the records of the awarding authorities during and after registration to authenticate the qualification you
claim to possess. If it is discovered at any time that you have not met our matriculation requirements for admission, this offer will be
immediately withdrawn. In addition, during registration, you will be expected to show medical Certificate as evidence of fitness, duly
signed by a Medical Officer from Auchi Polytechnic, Cottage Hospital.

Candidates who do not report physically for registration two weeks from the date of resumption for fresh students will be deemed
to have rejected the offer made to them notwithstanding whether or not they have previously completed the online acceptance
procedures or by paying the required accptance fees.
