BSBA 1101 GROUPINGS

REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Check your group

 All students must verify if their name is listed and confirm their group
assignment.
 Groupings are final and irrevocable. No changes, switching, or appeals will be
entertained.

2. Preparation is a must

 All members are expected to study and understand their assigned topic
thoroughly.

3. Notify in Advance if Unable to Report

 If a group cannot report on their scheduled day, they must inform the
instructor at least 1 day in advance.
 This is to give ample time for the next group to prepare and avoid wasted class
time.
 No prior notice = No extension and the group will be marked unprepared.

4. Collaboration is REQUIRED

 This is a team task. Everyone must contribute.

 Each member must be assigned a speaking part during the presentation.

5. Be Substantial, Not Scripted

 Avoid reading from the screen or paper.

 Speak with confidence, explain in your own words, and demonstrate clear
understanding.

6. Supporting materials are encouraged

 You may use PowerPoint/Canva slides, visuals, demonstrations, or creative

tools to make your report more engaging.

7. Prepare for a short Q&A at the end of your report.
