Title: Program Manager, Enterprise


Pay Rate: 72/hr. on W2
Location: Fully remote
Hours Per Week: 40.00
Start Date: 04/04/2022*
Est. End Date: 01/01/2023
Duration: *8 months with possibility of extension or conversion

Position Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading supporting large, complex, high-value strategic and
departmental change initiatives, achieve the objectives of projects through the application of Project
Management best practice knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques.

The successful candidate will be a dedicated, experienced hands-on Project Management professional,
comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ability to deliver high-quality IT project from
Initiation to Closure. A self -started, individual with demonstrated experience to present work to senior
leadership, framing discussions, facilitating collaboration and proven ability to influence others to obtain
the expected outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution
o Produce robust project plan, work with senior leadership (VP level Director level) and
cross functional teams to assess understand project options and scenarios, develop
mitigation plans
o Lead Initiation, Planning, Execution and Close phases of projects
o Plan, control, and execute project scope
o Ability to forecast progress and responsible for achieving milestones
o Provide leadership, coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure
achievement of project goals and timelines
 Communication and Stakeholder Management
o Create and be responsible for the master milestone schedule, keep deliverables on
track, handle dependencies and escalations
o Manage scheduling meetings, sending agendas, defining meeting objectives, preparing
minutes, and following-up with team members on critical action items
o Identify and engage appropriate stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive conflict
resolution
o Present to program steering committees making detailed, prioritized recommendations,
facilitating discussions, and driving decision making
 Risk Management
o Prepare and manage the project Risk Management Plan
o Managing project level risks and issues, taking corrective actions, and raising awareness
at Program and Portfolio level
o Developing regular risk assessments and risk mitigations plans
o Timely escalation and resolution of complex issues
 Resource and Budget Management
o Forecast and track project budget and resource requirements
o Ensure program initiatives are correctly resourced and funded; Resolve resource
conflicts and budget mismatches
 Management Reporting
o Project level management reporting, including milestone tracking, forecasts, risks,
issues, and overall project RAG status
 Benefits Management
o Ensure Project Business case exists and is maintained throughout the project
o Escalate risks and issues that may affect the viability of the business case
o Ensure the project remains aligned to deliver outcomes that will support benefits
realization

Qualifications and Skills:


 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience is required
 A Bachelor or Master's Computer Science, Information Technology and/or Finance/Accounting
Degree or equivalent experience
 Demonstrated experience leading successful large, complex, high-value strategic and
departmental IT change initiatives, preferably in large, multi-national organizations.
 Oracle ERP implementation highly desired
 Agile experience preferred
 Demonstrated depth of Finance knowledge and business acumen obtained from previous
experience of project and programs
 Demonstrated experience delivering Corporate ERP initiatives, Oracle Cloud preferred
 Proactive mindset, can adapt easily to a changing environment, excellent in time management
 Ability to obtain and communicate a broader picture but also get hands-on when needed
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills, including experience
managing statistical and financial data
 Practical and hands-on approach to delivering outcomes
 Ability to form and maintaining solid working relationship at all levels of the organization
 Great communication and cross-team collaboration skills
