5. Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)

6. Involuntary Resettlement (1) (For Category A projects) Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) RAP should include the elements stated in the World Banks Safeguard Policy, OP 4.12, Annex A. Prior compensation, at full replacement cost To Improve standard of living or at least to restore it to pre-project levels G Grievance mechanisms must be established

8. Ecosystem
(1)Projects must not involve significant conversion or significant degradation of critical natural habitats and critical forests. (2)Projects must, in principle, be undertaken outside of protected areas that are specifically designated by laws or ordinances for the conservation of nature or cultural heritage heritage.
