Predelivery inspection is must. Always insist upon our delivery boy to break-open the seal and check the cylinder for defect/leakage. Recap the cylinder before accepting. If you doubt the quantity of gas in the cylinder have it weighed at our supply point before it is connected. For any assistance please contact the Customer Service Centre of HP Gas on Tel. 2872209. Monday to Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Get the Installation checked/serviced ONLY by an authorised mechanic carrying our ID-Card. Extinguish all open flames while changing the cylinder or servicing the appliance. Switch-off the regulator when not in use. In case the cylinder is not in use for long, replace the safety cap. For gas leak after office hours and on holidays, contact Emergency Gas Service No. 276444. Rubber tube should be replace once in every two years. We have taken 3rd Party Insurance cover for loss of life/property in case of LPG accident. As such, customers are requested to contact us in such eventuality. In case of an EMERGENCY JUST DIAL HP GAS HELPLINE - 276444.
