A soldier, forged in the fires of an impossibly old realm.

His armour plated in the blood of those who would resist Him. He descended from His seat in order to illuminate the grand future, the great Plan that He would execute. And the humans saw Him and wept, for in Him they saw the epitome of themselves.

The Scout of Paradiso

The Angel has a stature comparable to an Evangelion, around forty metres tall and encased in dull yellow, plated carapace. Its head is similar to an ancient Grecian helmet, despite it having no eyes or facial features of any sort. It walks hunched like a gorilla, leaning on its oversized arms as extra support, and has a long yet thick tail that arcs over its body. This ends with a tapering blade of dull grey metal that it uses as a weapon. Behind the carapace, Iaoel is a twisted, skinless figure with prominent veins and a nightmarish, eyeless face with a flatworm-like jaw.

And a traitor, he who had destroyed the Avatar of the Almighty with his villainy, stood upon a mountain and was visited by an Angel. Yet he was not crushed under the vehemence of the Almighty, but rather embraced by the Virtuous Serpent Taharial, and spirited away to Paradise to await fair judgement.

The Love of Paradiso

Taharial is a pearl-coloured serpentine Angel about 40 metres long covered in glowing red fractal arteries. Its head is featureless, but this is because its eyes and mouth are sealed shut with fairly tough skin that the Angel can break whenever necessary. Its eyes are pupilless and deep red, and constantly weep gallons of its own blood. Around the midsection of its body is a solid ring of Angelbone, from which protrudes a twentymetre blade lined with yet more external arteries. Its core is set prominently in its forehead.

Sanguine Overflow- Taharials S2 Organ is unlike that of other Angels, sacrificing regenerative capabilities in order to produce the hundreds of litres of blood necessary to keep the Angel stable. Taharial is immune to the effects of Blood Loss and never takes any additional damage from Toxic weapons. However, it may never Regenerate under any circumstances of its own accord. Should the Core be reduced to 0 wounds, the S2 organ will automatically go into overdrive and cause the angel to explode, splattering everywhere within a three-mile radius with Angel blood. The cost of the cleanup operation Nerv has to pay for is immense enough to incur an additional 10 Collateral, or 20 if the Angel was killed with an explosive weapon. Haemokine- Perhaps the greatest asset available to Taharial is the ability to use its AT Field to manipulate its own humour in a myriad of offensive ways. The fractal veins that cover its body are therefore not a vulnerability but a weapon- especially as they burst, absorbing weapons fire in a torrent of blood. Taharial counts as having a layer of Bakelite over all locations that is replenished every three Rounds. In addition, Taharial can harden some of the blood from bodily wounds into sharp, crystalline structures that are then sent flying at enemies. This grants it the use of the following ranged attack- 1d10+4 R Pen 2 -/-/x Tearing, where x is the number of Wounds on its Body location inflicted this and the previous rounds.
