Introduction In this learning design learners receive new information and get the best way to express what is learned. Teachers should give leaners support so that they can be physically active. Teachers should make learning materials and environment corresponds to the real world prior to the teachers interaction. Characteristic of authentic learning (How I used them in my website) Authentic learning provides truly learning experiences. No matter how realistic is, learners should also enjoy learning environment in which the participants tacitly agree to go along with interpretation of job reality. Audiences need to accept the worlds that have been created, no matter how unlikely. In other words, once the viewer has accepted the fundamental basis for the simulated word in which he or she is immersed, engagement with the story and message is entirely feasible. Leaning should base on real situations to models that focus on applying conceptual knowledge or skills for example the qualities of real life problems which need, where possible to be replicable in authentic learning. That includes active engagement in defining problems as well as solving them. The teachers should involve the learners beliefs and values. This will however have real world relevant and utility, that intergrade across the curriculum and allow learners to select appropriate levels of difficulty or involvement. Characteristics of authentic assessment Authentic assessment is regarded as generative because the completion of the assessment requires the students to generate other problems to be solved. Teachers

provide physical props to promote communication, creation of work products and research activities. The assessment must be complete minutes or hours. The assessment afford learners the opportunity to examine the problem from theoretical and practical perspectives. The use of variety of resources requires learners to detect relevant from irrelevant information. Activities need to enable learners to make choices and reflect on their learning both individually and socially. Assessment allows a range and diversity of outcomes open to multiple solutions of an original nature. Design Principles The learning design process is an interactive process of design, development and testing that ensures quality of teaching and learning materials activities. Learning design lies at the heart of successful, flexible and learning. This process work with project teams set up for the purpose of course design and resource development is available for consultation. Assist with learning design of technology. Contribute to planning, conducting and writing reports of practical demonstration. In learning environment, where conditions, characters are drawn to stimulate areal life context for learning.

Conclusion The engagement of learners in leaning became perceptive; in this learning design learners are given a role and a task to perform to solve a significant problem. Teachers are associated with the design and delivery of learning situation.
