Therefore, upon return of the completed evaluation form, the results should be discussed with the employee, emphasizing their weakness and pointing out ways and means which the employee can accomplish the desired improvement. Upon completion of the interview, the employee will sign in the place provided at the bottom, acknowledging that their evaluation has been discussed with them.
