What is CrossFit Kids?
CrossFit Kids is not just a scaled version of the WODs of
CrossFit, children are not small adults, so the methodology of
teaching will adapt to your specific characteristics and needs
development.
Our goal is to develop the general physical preparation of children,
in order to avoid problems and diseases (obesity, hypertension,
postural problems...) associated with the sedentarism that children experience in
current events.
Our specialty consists in not specializing, so that this

About our program
At CrossFit Las Rozas you will find classes for children from 6 to 18 years old.

Each training session consists of:
Warm-up: the part where the exercises will be performed and practiced
movements and skills in addition to carrying out a very important task

children, constantly respecting their sensitive learning phases and
biological development, therefore the main medium of the training

Return to calm: At the end of the training sessions, there will always be a

postural exercises and a stretch that strengthens the core muscles.
Little Athletes: 6-9 years
In this class, the foundations are established for future movements for
any kind of sport. The "athletes" will learn to coordinate their own
body and learn the fundamental movements of gymnastics and of
strength training such as forward/backward rolls, headstands,
squatting, push-ups, and sit-ups, always from a playful and very
fun, without any kind of pressure.
Little Athletes: 10-13 years
In these classes, the development of basic movements continues, and
more systematic movements such as deadlifts are introduced,
squats, presses that make up the fundamentals of CrossFit. They will be done
many team training sessions to promote values such as
companionship, honesty, effort, sacrifice...
Teenathletes14-18years
In this class, CrossFit is progressively introduced as such, already
