Agenda 1: Need for a global strategy to reduce Carbon Emissions Humanity discovered that oil could be used to fuel all of its technological creations. But this technological conquest comes at a price. Every tree that is burned, every drop of oil that we transform into energy, releases a carbon byproduct that drifts up and enters the atmosphere. Climate change, pollution, deforestation and extinction of species these environmental issues are constantly growing in size because we care very little for our planet. Agenda 2: Environmentally sound management and prevention of illegal international traffic in toxic products

Toxic waste is waste material often in chemical form that can cause death or injury to living creatures, the disposal of this waste is a topic of international concern. The illegal trafficking of toxic materials is another issue that needs to be addressed quickly and efficiently. A modern economy requires the use of chemicals and that substantial progress has been made in developing management practices that minimize human exposures to toxic chemicals and the environmental degradation resulting from release of such chemicals.
