JOB SUMMARY:
Currently working as BSS Engineer Trainee in. Annai consultancy for Tata Teleservices.
Prime responsibilities:-
Having Experience in SDH and PDH networks.
Operation and Maintenance of CDMA and GSM cell sites of Tata Network.
Conducting MW Link Line of sight Surveys to find new optimum transmission paths.
Installation and commissioning of NEC IDU’s ,Motorola BTS, LOOP UBR’s.
E1 provisioning for TATA GSM, UNINOR, TCL & DATACOMM(VIDEOCON).
Installation and commissioning of Alcatel MUX & NEC Radios.
Micro Wave Radios, implementation & Tuning and MUX Up-gradation.
Up gradation of STM 1, STM 4, STM 16 networks.
Troubleshooting E1 between end to end nodes by loop break test.
Preventive Maintenance at Cell Sites which includes VSWR Measurements.
Co-ordination with other Operators for provisioning of E1’s and POI’s (Airtel, Idea, Vodafone,
BSNL).
Co-ordination with OFC, EBS ,OMC & site engineers in field for implementation of
bandwidth delivery.
Integration and Carrier addition of different sites & Traffic Re-routing.
Operation and Maintenance of Wire-line Network including PRI and Ethernet connections
to customers.
Providing MPLS connectivity to various customers which include installation &
commissioning of equipments like FMS, MUX, Power plant etc.
Installation, commissioning of microwave antennae and UBR, POE & Ethernet convertor.
Conducting Acceptance Test for BTS , Radios, Power plants and Batteries
Supervision and Managing the technicians and vendors for various projects.
