Instructions for completing registration

Choose the tab that you wish to complete. For each event, enter the competitors membership ID # and name last, first (please). The membership ID# can be found by logging into the National web site advisers area. List your members and you will see a member number to the side. Please enter your students immediately into the national site They must be paid by April 15th to compete in National but they must be ENTERED by the date you register them for State. You may enter a TOTAL of three students (or teams) per event. Any one student may enter a TOTAL of three events. If you have a team, please insert a line for each competitor. Not all of these events will be conducted at the state conference. If I do not have enough competitors by March 5th, the event will be cancelled. Plan on COMPLETING your online testing by March 23rd. I will not be available the week before the conference for any question All skill events, reports, and applications must be on my doorstep by March 23rd. Applications may be emailed, I do not need a hard copy. Make sure that you visit LAPBL and download the Competitive Event Guide and the Rating Sheets for each competitors event The Format Guide should be used for all reports and skill events and may be used during the test.

This event requires a completed Annual Business Report detailing the activities of the Chapter for the year. See the Event Rating Sheet for measurements This event requires a chapter to submit an applicants name to be interviewed for Who's Who. Chapters may submit one name only. This should be an individual that personifies the goals and creed of PBL The applicant should complete the application for Who's Who
