Constitution
#1. WIUTypers
Name of the student club shall be
“WIUTypers”, also known as “Typing Club”.
#2. Mission and Purpose
The mission of the Club is to guide
students to learn to type without looking at the
keyboard.
Purpose of the Club shall be:
- To teach how to type without looking at the
keyboard;
- To improve the typing speed;
- To entertain students, while they are
studying online.
#3. Membership:
- Membership is open to all students and all
staff;
- The period of membership of the students
can be counted as at least 3 months. A
member who does not complete given
levels on time twice without any reason, will
be disqualified from a club.
#4. Compliance with WIUT SU and WIUT
SU Clubs Policies and Procedures
Typing Club will follow all bylaws, policies, and
procedures of the WIUT Students’ Union (SU)
especially those found in the SU Student
Clubs Policies and Procedures document and
WIUT Regulations.
#5. Executive Officers and Duties
Director: Akhadjonova Oftobkhon
Communications Manager: TBA
Support Service Manager: TBA
Advisor: TBA
These are the only positions in the current
club.
#5(1). Executive Officers: Senior Officers
Director is responsible for:
- Management of the run of a club;
- Organisation of events and their
implementation;
- Providing a monthly report to SU.
Communications Manager is responsible for:
- Providing information in official channel of
the club;
- Promotion of the club;
- Daily posts and announcements.
Support Service Manager is responsible for:
- Supporting members to tackle with
problems they face while using a platform;
- Answer to the questions of members.
#5(2). Executive Officers: Senior Officers
Advisor is responsible for:
- Propose new events and innovative ideas to
improve the club.
#6. Elections
The officers shall be elected on interview basis
at the end of the TW5 with the presence of
Leader of the Club and responsible persons
for WIUT Clubs from Students’ Union, whom
shall be SU President and SU Education &
Welfare Executive. The election results shall be
announced through WIUT web-mail and other
social networks of the club and Students’
Union.
#7. Terms of Office
- Each executive shall serve 1 semester.
- The same person can’t serve on position
more than one academic year.
#8. Meetings
There shall be at least one Executive meeting
every month during the academic year.
#9. Events
This club will be processed online, where the
events will be held in typing platform itself.
#10. Amendments to the Constitution
- Any changes to this constitution must be
approved by SU President or SU Education
and Welfare executive, The Leader of Club;
- The proposed changes must be made
available to all members of the club at least
3 days before the meeting;
- A copy of the amended constitution must
be submitted to SU and WIUT Department
within two weeks of the meeting via
president@wiut.uz and
suwelf@students.wiut.uz for the final
approval
#11. Other details
There will not be a fixed time or day to
attend a club. The task of members will be to
complete given level by the end of a week.
The club will be 100% online in special
platform and the progress of members will be
controlled by moderator.
In the end of every week the results and
progress will be published in official channel.
In official channel of Typing Club there will be
daily posts including useful advice, interesting
facts about typing and etc.
Every month there will be typing contests,
where winners will get points. In the end of an
academic year, the points will be calculated
and top 3 members will receive Special
Certificate and prize.
Moreover, an e-version of Unit Certificate
will be available after completion of a certain
unit.
By the end of all levels, a member will type
in average 40 wpm without looking at
keyboard.

is ready. Other information about benefits and
necessary tools will be posted in channel.
