The purpose of Cook1Cook is to provide an innovative and large community for food-lovers.

Vision

We aim to provide the fun recipes community all over Hong Kong. Users could review other people’s ways of

Cook1Cook, opened in 2014 April, We are one of the leading recipe websites in HK, provide the powerful
recipe search engine and large community for cookery lovers
Short-term:
Increase the number of unique visitors, member and recipe by 10%-15% in half years.
Enhance the mobile application download rate and become the top 20 app as food & drink category within
half year.
Long-term:
Increase brand awareness from 20% to 25% within 3 years.

Market Analysis Summary
According to Census and Statistics Department,among the four basic necessities of life, the share of
household expenditure on eating was the second largest, accounting for some 27% of the total household

food and beverages. As people are getting more health conscious, organic food is becoming more popular
nowadays.

The use of online search recipe and shopping has become increasingly popular for grocery shopping in Hong
Kong. Many working housewives would place their orders via internet to buy food, including fresh fruits and
vegetables.

Solve the user what dishes to cook every day troubles, as well as love cooking, love life of Hong Kong to

3 Mobile app (Android & App)


For members to search, browse and publish recipes.
Although Hong Kong has several recipes app, but seeing is not high usage and downloads, see the main user
experience is not very good and fewer recipes. The mobile application also features a list of additional
