Movement Coordinator
As the Movement Coordinator, you will be in charge of planning, initiating and managing the marketing and awareness activities for your CHAPTER. Every month our chapter coordinator will be emailing you with a specific awareness project. It is your duty to be creative and think of the best way to spread the word about that specific issue. For example, during the month of October we will be asking our students to highlight the Pencil Issue in Lenana (Video can be found on our Youtube Page). The ultimate goal as the Movement Coordinator is to make sure that every student in his/her school knows about the issue and what our organization plans to do. Education is a human right that should be accessible to everyone, including Slum children. So make sure to explain that this is an urgent and important issue that we all can be a part in alleviating. If we do not speak on behalf of these children, who will? Be sure to brainstorm together on event ideas, and fundraising tools that will help you reach this goal.

First General Meeting

- - - - - Introduce yourself and what you do as the Movement Coordinator. Keep everyone updated by getting all members in the CHAPTER to like our Facebook page . Be sure to explain that CHAPTERS are required to raise $500 per semester, totaling $1,000 per year. Brainstorm ideas on how your CHAPTER plans on raising funds to help build the first secondary school. Plan 4 potential dates on when you want to host a SUPPLY screening at your school.
