Repeat/ report questions Paraphrase questions + Use introductory phrases + Make the question less personal (avoid the repetition of I, you, we) + Make the question less negative (replace negative vocabulary) Example: Did you do any market research ? The question is about market research. When did you discover this strategy was a disaster? So you are asking when we knew this strategy wasnt working as well as expected. How expensive is it? So you would like to know our pricing strategy? Do you think that your figures are accurate? You would like to know the methodology we used ?
