Shayla Shane, 2011-2012 Student Government Association President, majored in Psychology while attending Fisk University. Shayla has accepted a position with the Teach for America Program and will begin her assignment in New Orleans in the Fall.

Cultivating Scholars, and Leaders One by One Michael James Williams is a 2011 Masters Graduate of Fisk University. Michael, a Physics Material Science major, currently attends Delaware State University and is pursing a Ph.D. in Optics. Examples of Internship Placements

Bolutife Ogunjobi, Senior Computer Science major will intern with the IT Department at Deloitte and Touche. Raven Ward, Sophomore Biology major who is interested in attending Dental School is interning at Louisiana State University Medical School. Kenya Lawson, Freshman, is participating in an intensive training program for emerging managers and leaders at University of California at Berkeley.
