Corporate Cash & Liquidity Management In India, this was my another Post Graduation (Specialization Final) Project and was aimed at that today, the corporate face huge challenges because of inefficient & ineffective cash & liquidity management in the corporate, the learning are that the effective cash flow forecasting, short term liquidity for corporate, & electronic payment system for collection & disbursement of money is best way to manage corporate liquidity for being ahead of competitors. E2Rail (Day-To-Day Ticketing For Western Mumbai Region), this was my new product launch project in service management & project management subject and this was aimed at that today, the Mumbai people face more problem regarding dayto-day ticketing. So, we launch this service with the help of WI-FI connectivity & it will work fastest way & the entire process will be completed in maximum 30 sec. Extra Cost Incurred For Delay In Payments For Corporate, this was my Post Graduation (Summer Internship) Project and was aimed at that today, the corporate face huge losses because of delay in payment from debtors as well as inefficiency of the payment system, the learning are that the Electronic payment system is the best way to make payment. Cost Reduction & Control In Manufacturing Sector, this was my graduation project and was aimed at that today, the corporate survival is the main thing for them & Some time organization reduces the cost but they cannot control because of some human efficiency or capability problem or may be misunderstanding of problem, the learning are that the cost reduction & control is more effective by the usage of inventory management & improving skills of the existing employees.
