STATUS REPORT PITFALLS: No proper supervision of meter readers by the supervisors o Schedule books are not checked regularly to know completed and pending tasks o No proper check to ensure that team members report every day at the office Too many door lock conditions: o Most meters are installed inside the houses and thus create lots of difficulties in gaining access the meters. o This will eventually lead to a drag in revenue collection.
