Speed & Agility clinic

When: Where: July 27th 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. & July 28th 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Eldon Lyon Park located in Bethany Oklahoma

Cost: $60 Check/ Money Order or $50 cash This clinic only has 50 available spots and usually will fill up within two weeks. This clinic is designed for 6th, 7th or 8th grade students. The purpose of the clinic is to give student athletes practical exercises to help them with developing speed & agility.
Payment and Form: Cost for this clinic will go to pay the instructor and any supplies needed for the clinic. Aim High will donate 10% to charity or local church in Bethany. Cash, Checks, Money Orders and form may be mailed to : Justin McCullah

Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m. at Eldon Lyon Park. Friday we will need all clinic participants to be picked up by 8:15p.m. Saturday will promptly begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 10:00 a.m. All clinic participants must be picked up by no later than 10:15 a.m.

Instructor:
Our instructor is Mr. Stephen Johnson. He is certified by National Exercise & Sport Trainers Assocoation (N.E.S.T.A). He is a former track athlete from Southern Nazerene University who ran on a world class 4x400 m relay team.. He is currently a track coach in the Putnam City School district investing his life in the future of tomorrow.. Mr. Johnson has enjoyed picking up swimming and adding it into his resume lately. He recently tried out for the 2012 Olympisc in the sport of swimming.
