    I believe there is probable cause to charge the defendant with these charges because:
    On 06/19/2018, a Layton Police officer responded to Valley View Golf Course on a report of a keep the peace.
    The officer was advised that Tanner Paul Clark (06/04/93) had been messaging two juvenile females and sending
    nude images two one of the females. I interviewed the two juvenile females and both disclosed that they had
    received nude images of Tanner through Snapchat and Instagram. One of the juvenile females disclosed that
    she had sexual intercourse with Tanner four (4) times beginning in May 2018, with the last time reported to be
    on June 16, 2018. On 07/10/18, This juvenile is 17 years old and he was 24 years old at the time
    of the offense. I drafted and submitted a search warrant for Tanner's and the two juvenile female's Instagram
    accounts. The results from the warrant revealed communication on Tanner's Instagram account between one of
    the juvenile females. The messaging included six or more nude images that Tanner had sent to the juvenile
    female. Also on Tanner's account were multiple nude images of the juvenile female. The messaging also
    included evidence that supported the juvenile female's disclosure of having sexual intercourse with Tanner.
    Tanner invoked his Miranda rights when an interview was attempted.
    Based on the disclosures from the juvenile females as well as the obtained evidence from Instagram, there is
    probable cause to believe that Tanner committed the crimes of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Dealing in
    Material Harmful to a Minor and Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a 16- or 17- year old.
