PART 4. Commercial terms
Above price is CIF price include driving system for 440v 60hz power supply.
Shipping freight is taken as reference and should be allowed to adjust based on the current freight
rate.
Delivery time: Within 30 working days after receipt of the advance.

Payment term: 50% down payment in advance by TT,And balance should be paid before goods

leaving from seller's factory .

Technical documentary: During 7 days after signing contract by both parts, the seller will provide

relative drawing

Packing and Loading: These machines are processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before

delivery. Large mainframes are in nude, while small spare parts and motors are in wooden boxes.

Quality guarantee: 100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantees quality of the

machines(excluding tear & wear parts) for a period of one year from the date of trial run. If any part

(excluding tear & wear parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, the seller should replace

free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be provided on favorable payment basis.

Installation and commissioning: If needed, our engineers will guide the installation and

commissioning as well as the initial production at your site until the plant runs smoothly. Buyers

shall provide necessary labors, tools, water, cables, etc. And all the fees incurred will be on buyer's

duty, including the round-trip air tickets, accommodation, and food and also insurance of our

engineers. Besides, buyer should pay for engineer salary: Junior engineer USD80 per person per

day; Intermediate engineer USD200 per person per day；Senior engineer USD400 per person per

day.
